Blogger has majorly helped me through all
three stages of my production as it was my main platform in which I uploaded
all of my work onto. This meant that I had my work on internet which mean that
it could easily be accessed I could have it with me where ever I’m. having a
smart phone really came in handy when it come to planning and research and some
parts of the production as it allowed us to have quick portable access to the
internet. This is useful as it is important to check the weather before you go
off record as it may a bad day with rain. Also contact, smart phone helped me
stay in contact with all the people I needed at the time so it was easy to
organize a shooting schedule. Some things cant be done on the computer that’s why
it is important to record the right clips before editing and also having the
right camera for the job.
Having to use two different type of cameras helped a
lot with the production as it was made feeling some the slow motion shots
better quality, this is because some cameras can record more frames per second
meaning as the video is slowed down the quality isn't dragged down with it.
Final cut was a new software to me however is was fairly simple to get used to
and although it was simple and didn't’t have much effects I still manages to
find the effects that would work for my video and that helped me keep the
simplicity in my video.
Lynda.com as
been the most helpful as it is a online training site which gives you little
lesson on how to use different effects and tools in your chosen soft ware. In
my case I used lynda.com to
learn more about final cut and the effects and how to recreate the image I had
in my head. Most of the research has been done through good and I think that
helped with the process of everything because anything that I needed to search
up I would type it into google and
get the answer immediately. Lastly youtube has helped me with all the research and
most of the planning as it helped me view other videos and also screen shot.
